2. Digital Product & Access
The AI Readiness Audit is a digital product. Upon successful payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the audit questionnaire and receive a personalized AI gap assessment report.
3. Refund Policy
"Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, this does not override your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If the product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy."
Remedies under Australian Consumer Law may include a refund or re-supply of the service. Please contact us at contact@scaleedgeai.com with your receipt if you believe the product is faulty.
4. Privacy & Data Storage
Your privacy is paramount. We do not store your individual interaction data or specific answers to the audit questions on our servers after your session ends.
We only collect and store your email address for the purpose of lead tracking, communication regarding your audit, and delivering your bonus consultation. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
The AI Readiness Audit suggests third-party tools and automation strategies based on your input. These suggestions are for informational purposes only.
Scale Edge AI will not be responsible for any financial loss, data loss, or business interruption resulting from the use of suggested tools or the implementation of automation strategies mentioned in your report.
You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before integrating any software or tool into your business operations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including the audit logic, report structure, and branding, is the property of Scale Edge AI. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any part of this service without express written permission.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
